Hello all! Hope you are having one great Tuesday! Warm weather is just around the corner. That means we'll be putting those winter pants in the back of the closet and breaking into the shorts! Here's an exercise to make sure your legs look good for spring! Start out doing 2 sets of 30 reps at least once a day. Let me know what you think about this exercise!
