Hello lovelies! Hope you are having a great Tuesday! So here lately I have been working on building up my core! One of the best ways to build up your core is to do...planks! Ah yes, the treacherous planks :)  Now, I'm no super-crazy fit person, so I can't just do a plank for like five minutes or whatever. Here are a few tips I've been using to hold my planks longer. Try 'em out for yourself!
